E-Mail Remove Instillation and Configuration Instructions

Downloading

	When the above link is Clicked this screen will appear select save
	Select a location to save to. Using the windows explorer that appears then click ok
	Once the file has downloaded click open or altenatively brows to the location you saved it to in the previous step and run it by double clicking on the icon
	Click Yes at the confirmation screen
	click next
	Click next again
	Click install
	Click Finish
	Start the application click Start --> Programs -->Email Remover --> Eremove

Configuration

	At the first screen select "I want to change existing settings. Then Click Next
	On the next screen fill in your username in the User ID block and your password in the password block. In the Pop server block fill in the following "internet1.compute.co.za" (With out the " ")

How To use email remove

	Select "I want to retrieve email headers using the following account" click on next
	Email retrieve will download the the needed information from our server
	Once all the information has been retrieved you will be given a list of e-mails their subjects,who sent them, how big they are,and when they were sent. just select the e-mails you wish to delete and click Next
	A Confirmation screen will appear click yes to delete the selected e-mails (WARNING: ALL OF THE E-MAILS SELECTED WILL BE DELETED!!)
	After the selected e-mails have been deleted you will have the option of either exiting the program OR exiting the program and launching your favorite e-mail Client. To just exit click Finish to launch your favorite e-mail client check the check box. (If you have already configured a favorite e-mail client select it from the drop down menu. If not a wizard will launch to guide you threw the configuration

Favorite e-mail Client Configuration

	After Selecting the check box the following screen will appear. select OK to continue to the configuration screen
	Click on ADD
	In the Description box type in a friendly name for the account EG My E-mail Client. In target click the browse button and go to "C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe" if you want to use outlook express OR "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\OUTLOOK.EXE" for Outlook then select ok and ok again
